1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Kaitlyn Floyd, LLC through growwithuscounseling.com or in person, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.

2. Services Provided
Kaitlyn Floyd, LLC offers therapy and counseling services in compliance with Georgia state laws and ethical guidelines for licensed therapists.

3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent if under 18.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy
Your information is kept confidential in compliance with HIPAA and Georgia state laws. Exceptions include instances where disclosure is required by law (e.g., threats of harm to self or others, abuse, court orders).

5. Appointment Policies

  • Cancellations: Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule sessions subject to availability.

  • Emergency Services: We do not provide emergency mental health services. If you are experiencing a crisis, please call 911, 988, or visit the nearest emergency room.

6. Payment and Fees

  • Self-Pay Rates: Initial session: $100; Each additional session: $80.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: $50 (applies if canceled less than 24 hours in advance).

  • No-Show Fee: $75.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards (processed via Ivy Pay with a 2.75% processing fee), and checks.

  • Delinquent accounts may be referred to a third-party collection agency with applicable fees.

7. Communication Policy
By using our services, you agree to receive communication via phone, text, or email for appointment reminders and service-related updates. You may opt in or opt out at any time by notifying us.

8. Limitation of Liability
Kaitlyn Floyd, LLC is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from therapy services. While we strive to provide the best possible care, results vary based on individual circumstances.

9. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Failure to comply with these Terms.

  • Non-payment for services.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in Georgia state courts.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
